The population of the united states is around 325,700,000 people. Hillary won the popular vote by around 2.8 million votes. That is less than 1% of the US population. If you count only voters(which is fair), she won by only 2%. So, scale that down for a moment. 2%. You are essentially talking about a situation where one side has 98 people and the other side has 100 people. We ARE everywhere. Travel across the country on a roadtrip and nearly half the people you meet would likely be Trump voters or supporters. :) There are in effect as many of us as there are of you.
Then if you would take a look at this nice little map.. in reality if you took a roadtrip across the country more than half of the people you meet would likely be Trump voters and supporters. You'd probably only really meet lots of democrats while you stopped in the big cities. Even there you'd meet republicans. I live in a city with 3 million+ people, very solidly blue on this map.. but I know plenty of other republicans who live here too.
