God is all powerful and able to do anything that doesn't contradict his nature.
He doesn't have to keep anyone from dying and he doesn't have to preform a miracle which goes outside the realm of the natural to save anyone. People wrongfully ascribe the word "miracle" to everyday things which is God is in control of because they don't understand the proper use of the term and its implications.
