Dressing. :) That's the only dish for the family function I have complete control over. Lots of sausage and bacon added, because you can never have enough meat with your poultry. :D

Heck, every guy here fantasizes about brewing beer for a living. I've homebrewed. But mostly I think more along the lines of running my own taproom. :)
