I see one reason why they shuffle it up putting later comments above on occasions, it is so that they have a chance of getting more votes. But it is still annoying.

They might change it if enough of us bother them with it for long enough. :)

I am sure if you post up a letter for this many would be happy to submit it.

I’ve read (in the past) that some will downvote comments just to get theirs higher up. So that, to me, is another reason this should change.

I assume the shuttling is based on upvotes, which I think is fine. I just hate when the thread runs out. But I see the reason, the page is only so wide. I guess our group of friends B.S. too much. Lol. But it is hard to read other conversations when it's out of hand. It's hard to tell what replies it is under if there is 2 or more replies to a comment.

Yes, that’s exactly my problem with the shuttling. I had a troll on a past meme that I responded to and several others defending me—but my comment to the troll looked like I was commenting (harshly) to one of my supporters :)

Agreed here (upvote!) ... and after commenting back and forth with another memer, after awhile their comment appears without a reply button which messes up the continuity even further.
