No innocent bystandards yet. Cops are trained for high stress active encounters, just look at all the black people they shoot sitting in their vehicles, or walking away. We had a church shooting in Texas, but a responsible Texas gun-owner stopped the perp from killing even more people. But, I can't expect a Canadian who is used to having no rights to protect themselves and enjoys being a subject to inbred royals to understand the American mindset.
