I was an Imgflip user for over two and a half years before I got there.
The path to get there was long and hard to find at times. If you want to get there, you will have to find the path yourself.
There isn't a door I can open for you or for any user to be a fun stream moderator, but there is a doorway out there or perhaps a golden ticket of sorts. Go and seek your path, meet as many users as you can, have fun doing that.
