lol When I was born there was a 15 inch snow in Greenville while mom was in the hospital and we couldn't get home for a few days. As a kid we'd get a good foot of snow once or twice a year, it would get cold enough for long enough that our pond would freeze over thick enough that we could walk across it. Now it barely will get a thin crust of ice in places and we may get a 4-6 inch snow once or twice a winter. Global warming I guess lol. We had so much fun being snowed in with the power out for days and cooking on the wood stove, sledding on the hill etc. One time we had a few inches of ice and sledding was super fast. And we put candles along the path and sledded half the night. Good times
