I was bummed out when Carrie Fisher died. Then her mom Debbie Reynolds. So sad. Carrie was an amazing person. So funny and beautiful. And Gary the Dog is so cute.

So cute he is. Sometimes people need to go be with each other.

People can die from a broken heart. My neighbor near my old house died not long after his wife died. He even told us nothing's the same anymore without her. So sad

Yes they can. My great grandparents were married over 70 years, he died not long after her.

Wow, 70 years, that's a good run. You should be happy they were together for that amount of time. I always think about Burgess Meredith in Grumpy Old Men, when he said life is about the experiences, that all there is. I take that to heart.:)

Can I ask what costumes they have? Hopefully Spider-Man, I'm a fan of his since I was a kid. And he is popular now. We will be giving out candy from 5:30 to 8:30. Have to go into town for it.

They like to dress up all year so we have a variety. Spider-Man yes, Batman, iron man, fireman, swat cop, soldier, marine. Native American, civil war soldier, abe Lincoln, George Washington, dress blues uniform, zombie doctor, buzz light year and I’m probably missing some lmao. We are gonna see what’s left today at store, if not they can pick one from home!

When I was a kid, all they had was those piece of sh!t hard plastic masks with a rubber band on the back. It's weird, I think my first costume I remember was a clown costume like Michael Myers had as a kid. Swear to God. Lol. I made my own costumes from then. The Unknown Comic (he was before your time) from The Gong Show was a costume I had. It was simple, I suit and a paper bag on my head. I remember someone said to tell a joke, and of course I did.:)

Boy it’s come a long way now. They still have those plastic masks that come with the costumes, the nicer ones you always have to buy seperately. I think my cousin had to be a clown like that lol. I’m sure you had fun with the bag over your head lol

We talked about art week before JBmemegeek and Sir_Unkown did. I forgot about doing it. I got caught in the middle of who was doing it. Nothing bad happened, I'm just putting him in just because I want to. I felt like a dumbass not keeping track.

Yeah we had no idea they'd talked about it until the night before it started and we'd already promoted etc. But he'd done zero promotion. We weren't trying to step on anyone's toes. Pipe has been cool about it :-)
