If more imgflip users made it a priority to upvote and comment on memes in Latest (before they upvoted & commented in Hot, or on popular users' memes), I believe some of the overlooked memes in Latest would have more of a chance to be seen in the top few pages of Hot, where some of them deserve to be.

Hopefully, this will become a thing. It is how I browse the flip, Latest first until I'm all caught up and then, if I'm really bored, the Hot page.
