It's called cevapi(pronounced chewapee),and it's traditional Bosnian meal.It's basically various types of meat(chicken,beef,pork[rarely since cevapi come from the muslim parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina])mashed together,rolled ito a cylinder-like shape and cooked on the grill.Eaten in a special kind of bread called lepinja(pronounced lepinya) and very often served with onions(as seen on the picture) and/or sour cream.Very tasty,and you should try them if you ever get the chance!
