I remember how big Jaws was when I was a kid. If remember right, it was a R movie that became a PG movie. Unless my parents took me to a R rated movie. Just know it was in the theater forever.

I was not born yet when it came out but I saw it in the 80s. Good special effects for its time and it probably did scare people. The exorcist scared the crap out of my mom as a teen

I looked it up, it came out in 75. What was my parents thinking, I was 5 years old. The dead guy in the sunken boat scared the shit out of me. I remember closing my eyes til they said it was ok. Wtf? were they thinking.
