Depressing meme

In my home state a small community of 300, it's pharmacy received 9 million opioid pills in 2 yrs... Good ole Obama's "war on coal" put 10 of thousands of ppl out of work so he just got everybody high which turned them into thieves and prostitutes

Well, that's something that has been going on for 40 years, and it was Tom Marino, a Pennsylvania Republican who was the chief advocate of the law that hobbled the DEA. And then both the House and Senate let it through by unanimous consent, And he;s the guy Trump wants to be his drug Czar! I think there's plenty of blame to go around on both sides on this one :)
