The FAQ plate just happens to be from there. One of my fave plate designs is this one. I like the farm/city idea, I feel like I'm trapped with one foot in each where I am. And this plate is from Cinci. If it was yours, I know nothing.

Weird! That is even Hamilton County (my county). Out of all the counties in Ohio, that's mine. I don't even know that I've seen that plate design. They have a lot of 'special edition' plates, but I just pay for the basic. You are safe.... Mine expire in August. :)

AFAIK this was just a regular issue Plate, but I don't think they're being issued any longer. I don't have the newest Ohio plate, the one with all the small writing on it.
You're right though, lots of special optional plates, not just Ohio but most states and provinces.
