That's not true - where did you read that? Trump dragged his feet for days while almost instantly sending aid to Texas and Florida after hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Trump made lame excuses like, "It's an island, trucks can't drive there" (no kidding!) and "It's an island in a big, like really big, ocean."The Puerto Ricans are U.S. Citizens and pay taxes. They deserve better than lame excuses.
