Took some Tylonol (only pain killer I'm allowed to take) and I'll have an evil little girl put some liniment on me to take care of it. Tylonol took the pain level down from10 to 4. Slight discomfort.. I have a high pain threshold, but when it gets too bad, it short-circuits my brain, so it's best I don't comment, other than saying later.

worst part, yes. Calcified Vertebrata. Add in the arthritis in my legs & that nobody told me I needed to bring my own chair to my granddaughter's soccer game yesterday, I was in a heap of pain today. Pain makes me tired and punch drunk, and it takes a lot to keep that demon under control.

I missed half a year of work due to back problems and surgery! I couldn't concentrate on anything else, so yeah I can understand this :(

I had Heart Surgery 10 years ago. Last time I worked. I've had health problems from the get go, but our medical insurance was approved by the conservatives here: "Don't get sick or else you're screwed!"
