Go and see a doctor. I personally take 3 grams of Aspririn a day (every 5 hours one; thank goodness i am not sensitive against Aspirin) 40 drops (or 100 mg) of Tramadol twice a day (in the morning and in the evening) for about 2 to 3 days. It does miracels with me, when I have a severe depression.
