He's still not protesting the flag itself. He is protesting what it stands for, and really he just needs to get over it because he's not gonna change anything, and everyone else needs to just ignore everyone who "takes a knee" during the national anthem because it's sung right before a meaningless competition between a total of 18 or maybe 25 grown men who act like five year olds. Plus, kneeling used to be a sign of respect. What ever happened to that? Roll safe and think about it. He is kneeling in protest, but you can help turn it around by making it something it's not and then you'll get to have your football again.
