When Portland sought public comment on the city outlawing plastic bags for groceries a few years back, the loudest concern came from dog owners who often used them for clean-ups. ;P

Personally, I like the little bags that hook to the leash, but at least they're reusing theirs and probably won't end up with a closet full of them :)

The thing I notice here now is little bags full of dog poop just sitting on the ground. They take care to clean up after their pet, but leave it for others to dispose?!?
