Back when I was a home brewer I made a chilli lager, it was actually quite good if consumed fresh within 3 months. :)

Used to home brew with a friend fairly seriously about 20 years ago. Still have a bottle of dopplebock, which was our best. Probably should drink that soon.

yeah drink soon, beer don't usually keep for long. :)
