I have to use a walker now, but since medicare covered it, I got the one with a built in seat. I'm still a fall risk, and should at least use one of my canes around the apartment, but I have enough stuff to grab and steady myself if need be. You should see the diet they put me on!

Low carb, 500 mg salt. ugh. the walker isn't so bad. the day I got it, I had to go to several places that required standing in long lines. I had my very own seat to sit in the lines. I try to find the positive in everything.
