Very few celebrities actually write their books. Some hold long interviews and write notes, others might dictate it, and then the "ghost" writer turns it into a proper book form.
Think about the barely intelligible speeches Trump gives, long rambling monologues which often contradict what he said minutes ago. You reckon he's capable of writing a book without help.
