We were all new once, takes a few tries to figure stuff out. At first, you can only use the popular templates for meme comments. If you're trying to use your own images, they won't "stick" yet. For me I was able to upload my own images and make custom meme comments at 6k points. Try a most interesting man meme comment. Hope that helps:)
