Here is one I just posted this meme by rpc1 that came out of a conversation we had but it got downvoted back to submission. We're interested in seeing if it can be upvoted back to featured at all. So if you got upvotes to spare please help out. Thanks! :)

I think you mentioned you have some others like that, feel free to post links here to as many creations that didn't feature or went back to submitted.

Looks like that creation is only six hours old, and made with a custom template. While those can take a long time to feature, sounds like you saw it in your profile or the image said featured in green. If you're sure it featured and this is a recurring problem, send a feedback form with a link or links and tell them the problem you're having. The mods can see who did what, they might take action, might not, they might reply if you include an e-mail, might not. imgflip.com/feedback

Yes it did see it get featured then picked up 2 votes. Then 30mins or so later went back to submission. Same thing happened on last Thursday. Yes will have to talk to the mods.

Four months of downvote fairies following my moves would wear me down. I think sharing your recent (early December 2017) creations before you submitted them was a creative way around that. I have seen other top users do that.

We really should organise a petition to have that down vote button removed. Maybe spam the mods together all at once. :)

Using the downvote button as a revenge weapon is wrong. imgflip is always tweaking the site and usually for the better. I'm in favor of something more creative like interactive (algorithm based) downvote limits or downvote muting (does nothing) for those who abuse it.
