The Sparta meme is a template, not a joke in itself, kind of like a knock knock joke, it's a template that you have to fill. The site itself even makes that distinction. And no if she changes a letter it's still considered plagiarism, there has to be a significant difference in the meme for it to be original, such as same picture but different text or wordplay. (I'm not going to say anything about your definition because we can define terms all day, if we don't agree on such a fundamental level, this discussion isn't going anywhere.)
But forget what we are arguing over for a sec when you say I'm violating the TOS, isn't that the pot calling the kettle black? I mean I didn't enjoy it when you called my opinion bullshit, called me a douche bag, and told me to leave.
On a side note, why would the TOS have such a subjective rule? (This isn't directed at you, I'm just wondering.) For example, in this case, I just expressed my opinion, but you think that I'm making the site a worst place, both are subjective.
