Those are actual terms for people who choose certain values. "Hate" speech is directed at people usually for being something they can't help or control, like their race, gender identity, or national origin, and often encouraging violence against them, overtly or implicitly. If she were simply calling out someone for being white, THAT would be "hate speech". But if simplistic conclusions work for you, I probably wasted my explanation.
