Those kind of jobs are rare :D
I once worked at a sub-part of Microsoft. There was free fruit, free bread, free soda/cofee, and a workout room. My day there consisted of doing two hours of Work before heading home, but got paid for 8 hours... Then it was sold to some other Company and the fun was over :D

Talk about rare, damn that was a great and fun job

All I did was put printer paper in printers and transfer datafiles, so half of the two hours was spent waiting on the printers to finnish their jobs :D I could use the internet at all times. Nothing good lasts forever...

Well it was part of Microsoft, so you know where to start :D
I got the position because someones partner died and noones ever thought of such a thing happening, so they desperatelly needed a replacement and I was there at the right time. No qualifications at all except for knowing the basic of computers :D
