That's weird. If I skip a day and don't submit any memes, I'll still keep my three submissions. If I only submit one meme, I'll go back to two the following day.

If you got nothing to submit, maybe better to submit some random junk then delete it?

It used to cut out a submission for me. It didn't this time (I thought it would), but I liked the meme I made about it, so I submitted it anyways.

That's why I upvoted it. I thought it was a good one.
