People think that we don't need medicine if we eat right, exercise right, etc etc... I don't know, but if I didn't take my medicine I'm sure I would be worse off... we are not 'perfect', no one is!

I had a friend who said nature doesn't bother him, then he picked up some chewed up gum off the street and started eating it.... he was a big show off...
