I actually do understand that suicide is the taking of one's own life. The very verbiage in the meme *should* set off multiple warning alarms regarding how one might possibly 'suicide' someone else; the whole idea is that murderers often attempt to make murder look like suicide so they don't get caught for committing murder. And if one successfully executes such a deception, as far as the world (or at least the law) is concerned, the murder victim was instead a suicide victim. Thus, someone who effectively convinces the authorities that a murder was a suicide can be said to have 'suicided' someone else. I think any reasonable interpretation of the available information, which took concepts like irony and duplicity into account, would produce an expected range of outcomes that included my above interpretation.
But no type of humor is universally effective, and dark humor tends to strike people sideways. So either my joke was terri-bad to begin with, this particular joke struck you sideways, or some other factor is causing the disconnect in what is otherwise pretty clearly an attempt at a funny meme.
Also, my condolences for having to endure HRC as your US Senator. And I happen to support the notion that the Clinton family retire from public life and spare us further suffering at their hands.
