yes, I know, and I did not ever condone that comment. I was just trying to point out that his use of "hopefully" from a legal standpoint (including a possible TOS violation) is not the same as saying "die of cancer" and more importantly, everyone dislocating their own shoulders, patting themselves on the back, for getting rid of him, is unlikely to prevent his return, or someone else filling that same role. and for that, I get down voted to invisibility, ... nice.
