"Son of God" means he is a Creation of God just we all are. "I'm God" means he have returned himself to Spirit and is fully identified with the Father, which we all have to do. "Son of Man" is what he used to be and we all still are.

Are you referring to continuum hypothesis by Georg Cantor in 1878 then I failed to see any relevance. What have set theory got to do with God?
