Realistically, most of us still use inches, miles, yards, pounds for measurements. All our country roads are still based on the mile grid(they bin around longer than the metric system), as a carpenter I use all inches and feet, the only time I really use the metric system is on vehicles, anything built in Canada, Mexico, or Europe are all metric, anything built in US is standard. So we allways havta have two sets of tools. Couldnt tell you how many kilos I weigh, but I know I'm 160 lbs. F**k Trudeau Sr. For bringin us the metric system. I'm still pissed.

Yeah, the only time I use any type of metric system is when my wife has to weigh herself every morning and we have to mark it down in kilos, which is how the dialysis center does it. Not sure why. I do know that for every kilo, you multiply by 2.2 and you get the poundage. So if something weighs one kilo it's equivalent to 2.2 pounds.
