Ok, where to start poking holes in this?
1. It's the job of Congress to oppose* any President (checks and balances). Otherwise, the Executive branch has too much power and becomes a dictatorship.
*I chose oppose very specifically in the above comment - not "replace" as you said - I saw no evidence that Congress tried to replace Obama in 8 years - that would have involved impeachment (which, ironically, some in Congress are ALREADY discussing for Trump)
2. During the 8 years of Obama's terms, the Democrats controlled both the House and the Senate for the first 2 years. Please, tell me, why would they want to replace him during those 2 years?
3. I like him much better now that he's out of office and can no longer harm my country. Thank God for the 22nd Amendment!
