I went to The Civic taproom after work on Friday. The manager asked why she hadn't seen me for lunch lately. ;) Had to tell her I had to give some thought to my health. I'm 51, not 31.

Yea, even a 43 my body doesn't recover as well as it did even 13 years ago, when I was 30! I know it's not going to get better! :)

I found that 45 was the age the body started kicking back. :P

Say what you will about bikinis and the such, but there are fewer things a woman can wear to make her seem hot than a volleyball uniform. And we're talking 'regular' volleyball, not the beach kind.

You're right, lots of "costumes" females wear that effect male visual appeal ! I remember this one woman wore stockings with lines going up the back. I think I was 13 but it was the first of many times female attire floored me
