You need to find a transferable upvote image. Try searching "green up arrow png" when you look at the different ones, the transferable are the ones with a light checkered background. You will know it when you see it. Those you can add to a picture like with the add image feature they have here. It will be a challenge to adjust the arrows to completely cover the bombs on here though. I use toolpic.com but it doesn't work on phones. That's the basics to photo editing though. You find transferable images and add them to other pictures, the best way to find them is to add that "png" at the end of your search, that will take you to a lot more transferable images. You can get where you can make your own and edit stuff better but that takes time and patience. But what I just told you is pretty fun when you get the hang of it, once you start you will get hooked on it my friend ;)
