My son's beard is down to the middle of his chest. He uses something like honey bee wax on it. He brushes it and combs it in. He started growing a beard after he got out of the Air Force. He was a contractor at the Pentagon, doing cyber security work. Top secret clearance, supervisor of his crew on 2nd shift. At times he would walk by full bird admirals or colonels ,didn't have to salute anymore, and he would have his beard braided with beads at the ends and the brass can't say shit. About a year ago he finally got a FED job in the same field...but he looks like a bass player for a death metal band.
