How do you make that?

I don't know how to make gifs like that. I just find them online, or from other users. In this case, it's a gif that Raydog uploaded.

But if you mean how to make a comment Click to Show, there's instructions about how to do it on this meme here: imgflip.com/i/vk8n9

It looks long and complicated, but once you walk through it, it's pretty simple. It's copying the Embed Codes, pasting it in a comment, and parts of the code at the front and back you don't need.

If you go to the gif, click Show Embed Codes in the bottom right, highlight the text in the middle box (the one that says BBC Code forums), copy it and paste it here, and then delete the front and back stuff in brackets, you'll see how it works.

Then you'll be able to make Click to Shows of any gif that you can find on imgflip.
