The note could have been written before he got loaded, but I don't think that note was written at the time of his death, it was more likely his "I'm quitting music" note that he had written prior and person, or persons found and planted it that day. The note itself is quite ambiguous and to me, does not feel like a suicide note. He addressed it to his childhood imaginary friend and it was more like a person needed to just get the thoughts out of his head without necessarily meaning them in any direct way to any specific party.
