Only blood is easier to digest than meat, hence the exceedingly short digestive tracks of vampire bats.
Herbivores have large guts because the fiber, ligen, cellular walls, etc. in veggies are harder to break down, and even after that, with the four chambers and added bacteria of, say, cows, most is still not digested and ends up in massive piles of manure. Fruits are not available year round, and while easier to digest than other plant material, are short in all necassary nutrients.
Again, you have my permission, eat ALL the plants within reach.
Or are you calling God a liar?
