Well, the ones who were "Jumping the Queue" were inevitably among the 1 - 5 % of our wealthiest, who refused to be triaged according to urgency (Emergency, life-threatening ailments are treated as top priority, everything else goes through the waiting lists). Our transplant lists are egregiously long, but that has less to do with the Health Care system and more to do with the lack of organ donors.
