For spam and troll reasons we won't be able to free comment on others memes which is understandable.

Yeah, that's a very good reason to have comment delays overall, but it made no sense for delaying you when answering on your own memes. So did a moderator in Groucho Mark glasses descend from heaven in blinding light to hand you a tablet saying the change had been made, or did you hear it from a friend of a friend? (Or maybe just a clandestine e-mail?)
