Actually, a polar bear's fur is reflective, not white. it only looks white because it reflects sunlight onto your eyes. if you were to pluck out a hair from it, it would be hollow and clear. So the skin under the reflective fur is black, but it doesn't really matter since racism is irrelevant to bears.
