Cool looking meme. RayCat, how do you add trasparant color to your memes?

I'm not sure what you mean, and I don't exactly remember how I put this particular meme together. There is an effect in Gimp called 'colorize' which I use to make my colorful cats, and I might have used it on this whole picture to make it all green.

A couple times I've wanted to add color to an image, but still see through it. Thanks for the info. :)

If you use layers, you can put a % of opacity of the layer to see partially through to the lower layer.

Thanks again. I tried Gimp a few years ago and had trouble understanding how to use the features. Cuz I iz not tech savvy. :P

I was thinking of doing a video tutorial of using gimp to do various photoshopping stuff on memes.
