Boardroom Meeting Suggestion

They wont apologize because to do so would be admission of wrongdoing. They'd then lose the lawsuit im sure this guy is going to bring and more horibly, they'd have to fix their broken system.

But it is scientifically proven that people are less angry at someone when that someone apologizes (Trust me, my mom's learning to be a doctor). So if they DONT apologize, they keep the lawsuit. They DO apologize, the renew their reputation. So at the moment, they're in a heap of trouble.
