Thanks. I try. Some understand I'm trying to make their experience positive, and the best way is to pass on what I've learned over the last 20+ years. Before I got on the leaderboard, I took a leadership position: develop the new talent that want to succeed here. I've spotted several new users that will make leaderboard, possibly by the end of the year. Im on the leaderboard, so I feel I should show leadership qualities
