Sorry if it sounded like I targeted your meme. Far from it. I agree with you. If they want the upvotes, they can work for them, either by commenting in the Social community and/or posting good memes. I just nominated a low volume user to an upvote party because, while his meme contributions are low, what he posts is, IMHO, us generally good. Not everything. But enough. Earlier today, I saw a y u no upvote my memes. Only meme on the account. SMH.

I've been on this site for over four years and have made over 1,500 memes (including my first profile I deleted a couple years back) and I think if I wanted to make a meme here and there that ask for upvotes, then I think I should be able to. But I agree with your about users who have only been on this site a few days and their only meme is begging for upvotes. I won't upvote them when it's like that. I think they should have at least 100 memes submitted first before begging for them. Just my opinion.

I'll ask for upvotes if I'm near a specific goal: 100K, 250K, etc. I don't think I'll have to do this on my next goal. I mentioned what my goal is and to make it by Mayday. Based on my average points a day, I should actually make it with a week to spare.

I suggested an upvote party for kn user. He doesn't post much, 36 memes since September. He posted aeme thanking everyone that has given him an upvote or comment. I looked at his featured memes and was surprised how good they were and get be had under 5K. Attitude and performance sold me, and I'd like to see him go as far as he wants.

I probably tick off a lot of the upvote w**res. Oh well. Some will call me a troll, but anyone that reads my comments to those posters know I am fair. Anyone that wants advice on how to improve their status, I give freely. A troll will just complain, I will try to recommend how they can improve.

I'm pretty close to 2 million, but feel I don't have to campaign. Mostly I want to get rid of the Mitsubishi emblem (three diamonds, seems I've had them a long time.)

I can dig it. At my current rate, I'll be in the millionaire club by Labor Day. My next goal is 1/2 million, though, and I set it with Mayday in mind. I should make it averaging 3,500 points a day. I just moved up the ladder another step. No more jumping two or three steps at a time.

Nothing nasty. I could turn it nasty, but for the most part, an I can't believe this. Only reason I used Picard, to emphasize the point.

I have no problem with giving out up votes if someone asks nicely. I check out their profile and even give them more if the memes are good.

I once made this meme just for a twist on the actual movie line. I had people say they wouldn't upvote it because it was low. Man I didn't care about the points I was just trying to have meme fun lol

I upvoted that because I liked the originality of it. Not much originality in most upvote w**res memes.
