A good question my friend. When they featured every hour, you could bank on a common template posting by the end of the next hour. Now it's a complete mystery when things will actually feature :(
On the plus side, custom templates do tend to post sooner with the new setup, and there's not as many buried in the "custom meme dumps" that it might feature on page 22.
