Well, I see a few of your problems on why you haven't made it to front page.
First is the number of submissions you make. In 10 months, you've made 86 submissions. With a 75% feature rate. I understand quality versus quantity, and appreciate it, but if the quality were there, but with that type of feature rate it's a good guess that the quality is missing, so I skimmed over some of your memes. Mist of what featured weren't too bad. Even saw a few with a good number of views. Page three quality is pretty good, and it looks like you achieved that on some.
Content. You need to improve what you post. Social/political memes are good, but you lack the following to take them to the front page. Join some of the political groups on Facebook, find the hot topic of the day, and make an original meme that reflects the stance. Pass along the same message but word it differently. Then post the link to some of the groups in their comments sections. It may not get you many upvotes, but it will get you views. Also share the link on your own Facebook page. Humor? Inject it in your political posts, but don't rely on political posts. Expand your humor references and post more humor. Is saw you repeat the same joke skimming through your profile. If necessary, get a joke book from the library and adapt those old jokes to meme form. You know if you laugh out loud at a joke you read, it's probably a winner.
Have fun. Interact with the community here. If you're still in school, spring break is coming. Use that time to submit your two memes a day. Every day.
You can't plan for a meme to make it to front page. I deleted my account last October after joining in January. I was close to 200,000 points. I rejoined in November and it took a couple days. But I broke the 10,000 point mark, a few more days, and I was able to post three a day. I knew I could earn 2,000 points a day easily. By the end of November, I met my initial goal. My next goal, 100,000 K was by New Years, which I made with a couple days to spare. While it wasn't a real goal, I also made page one, position two, that same day. I was one shy of having two on page one at the same time.
I've been to page one three times. If I make it again, it'll be because the public reacted positively to my posts. Yeah, it's work, but it's also fun. Allow yourself some fun.
