I'm not anyone in authority here. I'm not a mod or anything. I'm not sure why you're asking me whether what you did is OK.

But in general, I've found that if you have to ask if something's right or wrong, it's probably wrong.

Also, my comment wasn't about whether people troll or not. It was about people using alt accounts to upvote themselves or other users, or to downvote other users.
