Communism is compulsory, not voluntary.

So, being made to share is a bad thing? As long as a system of checks and balances is in place, it would even things up. If left voluntary, the only people sharing would be those who have little to give. The rich would always keep their riches, and the poor would stay poor.

Forced sharing is not moral. It's called theft and greed. Most people who have money earned it and most poor people who don't earned that as well. And yes, there is a whole system of corruption out there that screws the little man over. It would only be magnified by giving the state more power.
The only thing keeping the general masses poor is consumerism and it is the same thing that keeps the rich, rich. That goes for businesses (corporatism), industries (military, medical, etc) state (in fines and taxes) and most of all, the central banks.

So, you're against the rich paying higher taxes....
